Availability

Purchases and Payment

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless an alternative arrangement (such as a layaway plan or financing) has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry and special orders are non-refundable once CAD design is approved and work has begun.

Returns

Ready-to-ship jewelry may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery , provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and verified.

Repair Services and Appraisals

By submitting an item for repair, you authorize our jewelers to perform the necessary work.

Inherent Risks

Appraisal Accuracy

Appraisals represent a professional estimate of the approximate retail replacement value of an item based on current market conditions. They are not a guarantee that the item can be sold for that exact amount.

Layaway Policy
